Terms of Service
Last updated: October 4, 2026
These terms apply to the JimBro website (this site) and to registering for early access. JimBro is operated by [COMPANY NAME], [ADDRESS] ("we", "us").
1. Registering
- You can register with your Google account. Registering reserves a place for you; it does not create a paid subscription and costs nothing.
- JimBro is not open yet. We will contact you at the email address from your Google account when a place is available.
- You must be at least 16 years old to register.
- One registration per person. We may remove registrations that look fake or automated.
2. The free month
- Everyone who registers before launch gets their first month of JimBro free when their place opens, tied to the Google account used to register.
- The free month has no cash value, can't be transferred, and can't be combined with other offers unless we say so.
- After the free month, nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan yourself.
- We may change or end the offer before launch; if we do, we will tell registered people by email.
3. Not medical advice
JimBro gives general fitness and nutrition guidance. It is not a doctor, physiotherapist or dietitian, and nothing on this site or in the app is medical advice. Talk to a medical professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have an injury, a health condition or are pregnant. Stop and seek help if something hurts.
4. Using this site
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break it, scrape it, overload it or register on someone else's behalf. The JimBro name, Jim the character, the logo and the site's content belong to us; please don't copy them without permission.
5. Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from using the site or registering. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
6. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of [ISRAEL], and the courts of [TEL AVIV] have jurisdiction, without taking away protections you have under the law of the country you live in.

[COMPANY NAME] is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions or requests: [CONTACT EMAIL].
What we collect
When you register with Google:
- Your name, email address and Google account ID, which Google shares with us when you approve sign-in. We don't get your Google password or access to anything else in your account.
- The language you viewed the site in.
- Your country, worked out from your connection at the moment you register. We store the country only, not your IP address.
- How you found us, if known: the campaign link you arrived from (for example an ad) or the website that linked to us.
- The date and time you registered.
When you visit:
- To show the site in your language, your browser asks a location service (geojs.io) which country your connection is in. That service sees your IP address; we don't store the result.
- If you accept analytics cookies: Google Analytics collects how you use the site (pages, device, browser, approximate location, where you came from). See the Cookie Policy below.
Why we use it
- To keep your place, give you the free month and contact you when JimBro opens (performing what you asked for when you registered).
- To understand which channels bring people to JimBro, so we spend wisely on marketing (our legitimate interest, and your consent for analytics cookies).
We don't sell your data and we don't send you marketing about other companies.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel: hosts the site and the registration service.
- Neon: stores the registration database.
- Google: sign-in, and Google Analytics if you consent.
- geojs.io: country lookup for language.
Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their standard data protection terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your registration until JimBro opens and you either create an account or tell us you're not interested. If you never respond, we delete it [12 months] after launch. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent, by emailing [CONTACT EMAIL]. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority; in the EU, your national authority). You can remove JimBro's access in your Google account settings under "Third-party apps & services".
Children
Registration is for people aged 16 and over. If you believe a child has registered, contact us and we'll delete it.
